Why Change is Needed

Pelham is nominating the Nominees for election at the upcoming AGM as a result of the incumbent Board’s mismanagement of the Company, including:

Majority non-independent board compromised by inappropriate relationships;

False disclosure provided to you about Philip William’s independence – he is NOT independent;

History of excessive compensation at YOUR expense;

According to an analysis of his own Instagram (@anthony.milewski) – Nickel 28’s highest paid executive, Anthony Milewski, spends the bulk of his time at various luxury vacation destinations (Jan 25, 2022 to Apr, 8 2023);

History of violating stock exchange and regulatory requirements while furthering their own interests;

Routinely put their own interests above those of the Company and shareholders;

When faced with legitimate criticisms about executive compensation and Board independence, the Board has engaged in a pattern of entrenchment.

In addition to the above, the current Board is composed entirely of people with no appreciable credentials or experience in the management of active mining operations.
